Umount failed

Hey guys what does this error mean?

vmunix: mvfs: Error: umount: ref check on /vrbs/cadidus rootvp 4a89f280 failed: refcnt=3 expected 1 ()

Upon checking //vrbs/cadidus is still mounted.

Is Google broken? Did you even try a search
for things like
mvfs umount "ref check"
???
