Unable to locate "opmn.xml" in HPUX 11.23 app server

Hi,
I'm installing Diagnostics Probe on
HPUX 11.23 application server to connect to Diagnostics Server for BAC's module.
HPUX 11.23 app server is of Oracle 9iAS base.
One of the installation steps is to modify opmn.xml file in the app server but I'm unable to locate the file.
Please help....

If it does not exist create the file at the desired location.

Perhaps a little background would be helpful in getting you something more useful to do.

The is about Oracle Application Server.
Look at $ORACLE_HOME/opmn/conf
