unable to see SCSI devices (SureStore CD tower)

Hello, I bought a used HP SUreStore CD tower with 7 cdroms and 1 hard disk. I connected the tower to a D370 with HPUX 11.11 however I dont see the devices. Here is some ioscan output. Does anybody have any suggestions as to what can I do to see the devices.

ioscan -fnC disk

Re: unable to see SCSI devices (SureStore CD tower)

When ioscan does not discover a device, it is either not connected, not functional, or (most likely) the wrong SCSI interface. The D370 uses HV-FWD internal disks. THhe HV means that the voltage is incompatible with any other version of SCSI. Without a model number for the CD tower, it isn't possible to tell what you have. So you need to find out if the CD tower is standard SCSI or HighVoltage SCSI. Then connect the tower to the right interface. I don't have a D370 in front of me so I can't tell whether there will be both a standard SCSI as well as an HV SCSI interface built into the standard system.
