Re: Unable to take ignite backup
Yet another reason to not use ignite-ux for upgrades.
I'd suggest getting a more current version of Ignite from http://software.hp.com
Ignite is free.

Re: Unable to take ignite backup
Ignite-UX does not work with patches, once an error is found that specific issue is fix on the next release of ignite.
In this case you got the option to go back to the previous version or get the newest one.
It´s likely to have just the error on one server and not the others.

Jaime.

Re: Unable to take ignite backup
I do agree that. But the same igniteUX version working on otherservers. My onsite support team tested this and we did implement this on most of the servers inorder to maintain the same igniteUX versions on all the servers. If am going to install new version means i have to tell the valid reason.

Re: Unable to take ignite backup
I understand your situation, my advise on this case would be to open a Case with HP support, they will tell you the same thing that I am telling you, but at least you can backup your decisions to upgrade or downgrade with that.
Regards,
Jaime.

Re: Unable to take ignite backup
There are some unclaimed devices in my system which could cause this error.
So the latest JUNE08 patch is a fix for that.
Thanks for all ur help
Vee.
