Re: update path for hpux
Hi Mohammad,
You are talking about a RP7400 ?
PDC firmware
# grep -i version /var/tombstones/ts99
http://www4.itrc.hp.com/service/patch/patchDetail.do?BC=patch.breadcrumb.main|patch.breadcrumb.search|patch.breadcrumb.patchDetail{PHSS_31214,firmware:osinit}|&patchid=PHSS_30724&context=firmware:osinit
HWE and Quality Pack Patches.
# swlist -l bundle
http://software.hp.com/SUPPORT_PLUS/hwe.html
Hope this helps,
Robert-Jan

Re: update path for hpux
Mohammad,
The script is 'safe' in that it is used extensively by many customers.
What is 'safe'....?
As it is a script, you can view all of its action steps and decide for yourself if you regard it as 'safe'.
The script is a collection tool and will produce a report of patch recommendations - the final choice will depend on your filtering options. What you choose to download depends on your choices you select from the candidate list generated by the tool.
If in doubt, test thoroughly on a test environment to satisfy yourself if it meets your criteria of 'safe'.
Hope that helps,
Regards,
Nick
