Hi Michael,

To my knowledge you can't update those Itanium releases at present. I'm sure 11.23 will change this but from 11.20 I'm not sure even if this will work. I wouldn't even bother going 11.22 though, I would head straight to 11.23.

The fact of update-ux is that it fails a certain percentage of the time. The very thought of it makes me queasy.

In HP labs, my class had 35% failure rate.

I stayed after class and did the same procedure on duplicate D220 boxes, one at a time. One worked, one didn't

doing an update from 11.22 to 11.23 is not supported, you can only do a cold install.
