updated logrotate utility for hp-ux 11.23

we currently have logrotate v2.5 which came with our hp-ux 11.0 systems. We are upgrading to 11.23 and need to know if HP has updated version of the logrotate utility? Thanks

The porting and archive center has only a version for 11.00 or earlier, but I'm pretty sure you can use apache's "rotatelogs", for example in
/opt/hpws/apache/bin
