get the install media.
DO TWO full make_recovery's.
run print_manifest and print it.
Do two application/data backups.
install 11iv2 (11.23) from scratch.
rebuild personality (set IP addr, hostname, ...)
install applications & restore data.
If you don't understand this, I would suggest you hire a consultant to assist you!

Beyond the great advice you've already received, I'd also highly recommend that you upgrade the system firmware level on that server to it's most current available.
The file & method required will depend on just what type system you have.
But you really should do this *prior* to the OS upgrade.

besides , I also want to ask what is ugrade "system firmware level" , do you mean upgrade the driver for hardware ? thx
