Hi,
For example OnlineJFS there is a 11.11 release, I don't think it is possible to install the 11.0 release on 11.11. You have to order the HP-UX 11i application software CD kit and new codewords as the codeword is bound to the CD.

Re: Upgrade 11.0 to 11i Applications needs new Codewords??
Yes, you will need new 11i application CD's to install the 11i versions of your installed applications. You will need new codewords for this, but HP will give them to you free when you receive your new apps cd's for 11i, or you can then email the HP codeword centre and they will email you the new codewords.
The best way to do it is to use SUM on the itrc (software update manager). If you have your system handles linked to you account you can download the 11i versions of your installed applications right from the itrc without needing a codeword! very handy. We use it all the time, and it saves a lot of time having to order cd's, wait for them, get new codewords etc.
