Does anyone know of any freeware or in possesion of a perl or script program that test outside URL sites connections.. This would be running on a K200 HP-UX11.1 system

Hi,
Try looking at wget on the 'HPUX porting and archiving site' -> http://hpux.connect.org.uk/hppd/hpux/Gnu/wget-1.8.1/
wget will retrieve web pages, so with appropriate scripting it could be a good solution for you.
