USB Mouse stop working after installation MCOE HPUX 11i v3

Hello Everyone,

I"ve installed HPUX 11iV311 MCOE on RX3600 Server, my customer need to install SAP so i have updated All required patches and Kernal Configurations, After the server is rebooted, USB Mouse stop working. Can anybody advise me how to configure a USB Mouse. I'm new to HPUX.

Mouse was working when the system was installed. have also tried replacing the usb mouse. is there anyway i can analyse if system is recognizing the mouse.

so the problem is that you are getting the GUI Screen on the Server as well as the GUI screen to login but yoe are not able to see the Mouse cursor?

or you are not at all getting the GUI screen?
What is the Monitor that you are using?
is that through a KVM Console?

Please detail all these?

Well!! I'm getting the GUI of the server and also can see the mouse cursor in the center of screen, but cannot move. The same mouse was working when the server was shipped with HPUX-11i v3 Base OS. Problem arrived after installing the HPUX 11iv3 MCOE through MP Port, because it was required for SAP. I can use the mouse when i use XManager 3.0 from my desktop machine. I'm using a Dell TFT, USB keyboard and Mice, and all of these are connected directly to the server not with the KVM switch.

The Solution that i've found is to update the HPUx patches. After the patches are updated and Ux box restarted, mouse start working.
