/usr/lbin/getprdef -m rstrpw

Hi, I want to activate the rstrpw, however when I tried to do a impact analysis I can not find a passwd that does not work.
other settings
min 8 car
min 1 lower_case
man 1 digit

I have two questions
if I set this setting will all (already set) passwd will keep working? ore will the users whit a bad passwd wil not be able to login anny more?

is there a passwd that I can not set whit this permission?
