/usr/lbin/GETPRPW Output question
When viewing the output of getprpw,
there is a "-1" in the umaxlntr field. this user is complaining they are getting locked out a lot. I have the system value defined to 8 attempts.
She claims to be blowing it at 3. The user has had this problem since I first added her to the system. I think the problem is user error, but I need to rule it out.
What is the best way to determine that in fact the maximum try value is set to 8 as described, and what can I do to determine what this user is doing short of watching over her shoulder when she logs in?
Any thoughts appreciated.

Re: /usr/lbin/GETPRPW Output question
Hi,
in a way I have already faced a similar problem in the following thread:
http://forums12.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=1212928
Check my post about getprpw on umaxlntr and lockout.
I hope this helps you.
Best regards,
Fabio
