The error 238 indicates "Connection timed out" as an HyperFabric event occured on one of the HF card maybe 4/0/12/0/0.

Check the syslog file for more and relavent messages.

Check the HF cards n/w connetivity ( link, switch etc. )

any reason to suspect 4/0/12/0/0?

where does the clic stop/start information logged?. I see the stop is logged in OLDclic_log and start in syslog.log

it was caused by an old /etc/rc.config.d/clic_global_conf which was suppose to be moved/edited after igniting and pushing to the same network. SO there were two serves with the same confiuration. Unfortunatly it does not report an IP conflicts.

"vmunix: clic_mem_wire_range failed!"

by clic_shutdown and clic_start.
