We are getting above erors in var/adm/messages.
Please let me know what is it.

The first message is coming from some application program. Just a guess that this may be related to a database program. This occured just after 1AM in the morning so it is likely related to a cron job.

The second say to look at the file /var/adm/acct/nite/active0425 so I would start there. And it is likely the result of another cron job that started at 4AM.
