Veritas error

Hey,
I'm running Veritas Database edition with VxVM and VCS.
I get the following error in the /etc/shutdownlog :
05:56 Mon Nov 10 2003. Reboot after panic:
assert failed ../gabllt.c ln141: 0

This morning, your time, the server panic. Why has yet to be determined.

In this case, LINE 141 in FILE gablit.c has a problem.

I don't know your O/S version but there are 7 patches for VXVM AND ASSERT in 11.11.
