VERITAS ERROR

HI, i have the following problem with veritas, this is present on boot:
vxvm:vxvol: ERROR: Volume u01 is not startable; some subdisks are......................... N/A
unusable and the parity is staleStopping time synchronization

With ioscan -funC disk, i can see the disks of my DS2100 unit, but i can not mount the filesystem of veritas. I have a Raid 5 array.
This messages is present too:
