Hi,

Can any body send me the document about how veritas volume manager works.

On HP-UX see "man vxintro".
You also could search the Symantec website for VxVM docs and intros.
Before Veritas was taken over by Symantec all (well, most of) the docs used to be publicly accessible and downloadable.
Don't know if Symantec have changed this policy.
Besides, docs.hp.com should also host a lot of documentary abt. their acquired version of VxVM.
