I am not exactly sure about the URLs of the mirrors of this software porting site at utah.edu, but if you google the phrase

"hpux software porting archive"

first top 6-7 entries are mirrors of this site. One in Netherlands, one in Canada and one in Los Angeles was what I remember of the top of my head.
