VG00 Disk Disappeared after adding new devices
Kernel drivers were compiled into the kernel for our ADIC library and the server rebooted. Now one of the two system disks is invisible to IO scan. I recall there was a kernel parameter for "max devices" I think. I recall that when rebuilding our HPUX 11.0 server I had to increase this number to see all the drives in my FC60 arrays. Does anyone know what the kernel param might be?

Re: VG00 Disk Disappeared after adding new devices
Can u boot from the previous kernel? (using /stand/vmunix.old )
After booting from that kernel, see the difference between the current parameters and previous parameters. You would be able to get the culprit parameter..
