vgimport Legacy DSF rather than Persistent DSF

After importing a vg strings /etc/lvmtab shows the legacy disks rather than the new persistent disk names. Is there a way to vgimport with persistent disk names?

Hi:

To specify the persistent names, specify the '-N' switch with your 'vgimport':
