vmstat: parametre fr always more than 100

We have late problem with HU_UX server.
When I check on the system, I don't have any problem on the CPU, memory or on the disk
but what I have notifed is when I use vmstat, I have the fr paremeter always at more 100 value.
I think that this parameter must be more time at 0.
Can someone give me any information about this

as to your issue, what is your OS, dbc_min and max, and swap areas look like?

Yes, most of the time it should be 0 (pages-freed/sec). Why don't you post the vmstat output that you're talking about so that other values are examined as well. Do you have glance ?
