vpar problem

hi guys
i have a problem with virtual partition.

I am to the
MON>
and I want to do the boot from the secondary bootdisk.
exists a command ?

Hi,

At this prompt level, your system is *already* booted ... You can just reboot it to boot on the other disk but all running vPars should be shutdowned first, or boot your vPars using vparload command.

Jimmy,

try the following:
MON> vparload -p vpar_name -B

where corresponds to the HW path for the secondary bootdisk (i.e, 0/8/0/0.5.0) You can obtain it running:
MON> vparinfo vpar_name

To check if your system has already booted try Ctrl+A to toggle between vPars. Otherwise the best way is to use vparload or vparboot if you issue the command from with in the OS to boot other inactive partition.

Are you looking for

MON>vparload -p partition_name
There is no substitute to HARDWORK
