Is this eror messages indicates that the harddisk is broken.

This message indicates that the file system at lvol9 is full.
It is not that it is full right now but this file system reached 100% sometime.
check the space free on the file system

This message indicates that you have a filesystem that is full. Can you post a copy of 'bdf' output so we can help further.
$ bdf

Hi your volume is full.
You must clean or increase it (by sam).
This command shows your free blocks disk:
bdf /dev/vg00/lvol9
for furthur information about your logical volume you can execute this command:
lvdispay /dev/vg00/lvol9.
