Web Jetadmin does not see my printers

All,

I can not see printers in another domain, which happens to be our US office. I
can see local printers but I can not see them on the different sub net or
different IP address sequence.

I have even tried to manually add the printer in my Webadmin, but it does not
see the Ip address. I can ping the Ip address, but the Web Jetadmin is
restricting me I think.

you might have ip conflicts. If not try telneting into the jetadmin server.

There are no known IP conflicts.

If I run Webjetadmin on my production database server, I can only see the
printers on that domain.

I am guessing that I have a domain problem, as my HP Workstation is one domain
and subnet and the Database server is on another domain and subnet.

Ideas anyone??

Do you know if there is some filtering between your subnets (routers filtering
tftp etc...)
It looks like something of the sort
