what disk am I booted on?

I have a mirrored root disk that is set up (hopefully) to boot on the mirrored copy if the primary is unavailable. Without watching the boot - is there a command I can use that will tell me which disk I am booted on?

Hi Dee:

# setboot

...without any options will display your current bootpath.

Re: what disk am I booted on?

Setboot only shows what the boot path is set to, it doest not show you what you actually botted from. Eg. setboot shows the primary disk (usually 10/0.6) but you may have booted from the recovery CD or an ignite tape. This command shows you what you booted from;

echo boot_string/S|adb /stand/vmunix /dev/kmem

Most sysadmins (myself included!) are scared senseless of the adb phenomenon!
