These are informational messages which can be ignored as long as rpcbind is working.
There was an enhancement request to have this issue fixed (i.e. the messages removed), I will check on that and post back again at a later time.

Digging into this more, the fix has been made at 11.11.
Since the only impact is the message and the message can be ignored, HP decided not to remove the message in a patch at 11.00 and before because of the risk of making the change.
