when I boot with 'hpux -is'

I wanto ask a question.
I heard that quorum's overiding happens when I boot with 'hpux -is'. Is this right?
I'm using HP-UX B.11.00.

No, that is incorrect. The '-is' option boots into single-user mode. If you need the low quorum option that is '-lq'. To boot with that, just do 'hpux -lq'.
