Where can i find the PHKL_23626 patch?

Go to Maintenance and support for hp products and then check patch database to search. This works only if you have contract with HP. You can search and download patches.

Does the new patch contain the older one?

For example, if i instal the new one, I wont have to install the older one?

Yes, Newer patch supercedes older one. No need to install older.

you should be able to check this on the ITRC patches and firmware. There should be no reason to install a older patch.
