Where to get OnlineDiag?

As instruction told I went to http://www.hp.com/go/softwaredepot. But I am unable to find OnlineDiag. Please help, gurus :)

Problem was that product is called "OnlineDiag" but downloaded as "Diagnostic and Support Tools"

But another problem
