Where to obtain CD,s

I would like to obtain the latest core/install CD media for HPUX 10.20 as well as the Recovery CD media. I have looked all over the ITRC and cannot find a link to do so..Help appriciated...Kev

Here's the URL I used to get to the page just before our contract page. You would select the Update Software Manger and you page down (on your contract) and get the CD's. Or, if you have good support, you should be able to call your HP Rep and ask them. It's possible that your support contract has not been applied correctly for you to access the appropriate ares in ITRC (happens all the time). I suggest you call the Response Center and let them know what you want. If you want them quickly, be sure to let them know this also so it does not end up in the standard delivery chain.

Goto "Maintenance and Support", then select "Software Downloads / Licensing" followed by "Updates". There you will find "Software Updates on Contract".

Provided you have a support contract then select:-
Maintenance/Support
Updates (Software Update Manager)
By Release (under Software Updates on
Contract)

Then select the relevant OS media for physical delivery.

Go go Maintenance/Support -> Software Downloads/Licensing -> Updates (Software Update Manager) off the ITRC menus.

You should be able to order what you need by system handle.
