I can connected but can not see 'login'
how can I do?

'sam' is particularly good at setting these up. Doing it by hand it is easy to forget something.

If you have connected a modem to the access port (or have a LAM connected to it) then you will need to configure the access port to allow session mode, ie using CA to set the port parameters and DR to disable remote console access. I believe the access port was optional for the R-class.
A quick test: can you connect to the modem device file using Kermit or cu, can you send AT commands to the modem and receive the OK response? If not then you will need to configure as mentioned above.
