why display SCAN when i ioscan the disk

Hi, everybady
When I #ioscan -fnCdisk ,I found the displayed of the result were "SCAN" status with these disk . and then I ioscan these disk again ,I found the status were "CLAIMED" . I don't know why? the array is va7400 .

The man page says, when status is SCAN the node is locked.

SCAN node locked, try again later

What anything else being done on system or on VA7400 at that point in time?

Another ioscan process is running. Either a user run this tool or the system diagnostic. Really not unusual - don't worry.
