X11 include and lib files

I m trying to install tcl/tk8.0.5 on my HP-UX 10.2 machine.During the tk installation it gives error for sys/lc_core.h file is missing.
Can I know from where to get the compactable X11 include files and library files to install tk succefully.

Did you check up the README file?

cc or gcc compiler is required as well.

Check /usr/include/sys for required header files.

Check if X11 libraries under /usr/X11 ,if yes then you may have to create soft links to those in /usr/lib.
