Hi Binu,

Can you still ping/telnet the server?
Is your routing configured well?

Please check that.

Re: Xmanager nor working

Your second reply made me think. Telnet does work but dhcp-broadcast does not. That indicates there is a route between the 1 vlans. However, routers by default donnot forward broadcasts. Hence 2 solutions for you:

Configure the router such that the dhcp-broadcasts (and their replies) pass trough the router.

Donnot use the dhcp-broadcast but use one of the other dhcp ways to get in touch. Try if you can do a direct query, that should work.
Then, you can use an indirect query to a machine at the other side of the router, that can do the broadcast for you. The remote machine might need to reconfigured to allow this.
I recall some dhcp-login screens (older SunOS) do allow to connect ot an other machine from their login, based on some broadcast or other configuration.
make everything as simple as possible, not simpler (A.Einstein??)

Re: Xmanager nor working

What software are you using to connect to the workstations?

You can try "Direct Query" mode in XDMCP.
