xterminal problem
hi all
I have one user like abc . when I am logging through abc and password .It doen't open in xterminal i.e sessions started but new window doesn't open .

Hi,
best + first, setup your session as desired - some xterm or dtterm windows, perhaps a dtfile window and do on.
Then set this current session as HOME session in the startup style manager and set the session type for this user to HOME.
Now after logout and re-login the above setup session should re-establish.

The Universe is a pretty big place,
it's bigger than anything anyone has ever dreamed of before.
So if it's just us, seems like an awful waste of space, right?

Hi,
I talked about the CDE environment - if that is the case, best start the style manager (/usr/dt/bin/dtstyle) and configure via this GUI.
