Commentary and jokes will always get some points.
The bunny comes if:
1) You actually have the card in a Red Hat ES 3 machine.
2) You tell me what you did to make it work or that it didn't work.
3) IF you have two of them and provide a procedure for bonding and getting two cards to act as one IP address.
The card is not on Red Hats list.
I have contacted the company and asked their engineers to answer this question. I've also asked for an evauluation unit to test.
If you have it and it works i need to know if its connecting at 1000 BaseT speeds.
Same information for Red Hat 9 is also worth a bunny.

SolutionAnyway, what I did type (if I can remember all of it)...
I've not used that card, but all the documentation I read points to it working properly using the 'sk98lin' driver.
The /boot/config-2.4.21-9.0.1.ELsmp shows that it's supposed to be compiled in as a module, but I can't find the module installed anywhere.
The sk98lin driver suitable for this card has been included in the stock kernel since 2.4.18, and a version 6.x is required.
The current version, available from http://www.syskonnect.com/syskonnect/support/driver/htm/sk98lin.htm is 6.24. The instructions are there on how to compile it.
