Hello,
does anybody have experiences to install Woody on a HP K200?
The system is not able to boot from the installation CD.

Solution
Hi,
To check what if your machine works, you can have a look at this page :
http://pateam.esiee.fr/list.html
It seems your machine should work using the serial console.
Regards
Regis

You are using the following process:
Interupt the boot at the 10 second prompt
sea
bo p#
# being the P number of the CD-ROM on the sea display.
Just checking.

Re: Debian 3.0 (Woody) R.1 (HP PA-RISC) installation on a HP K200
First of all, sorry Steven I wanna rate your hint with 9 points but its early in the morning... a mistake.
Gentlemen,
I am familiar with the regular setup of that machine.
The 'sea ipl' command didn't detect the setup CD as an IPL media.
I think I will try the serial or network based installation.
