Both should be obtained from hp.

http://www.hp.com/go/java
http://software.hp.com search tomcat.

Simple swinstall installations.

go to the above website mentioned
then download it in windows
conenct with u unix server
through ftp
do bin
then go to cd /usr/local
then remove extension of the file
then swintall -s /usr/local/filename
ok
