How to recover Grub in Fedore core

Hi all
I have lost the grub screen on my system having XP+Fedore core1.
Please tell me how to recover it.
Thanks
I am in this small bowl, I wane see the real world......

boot from rescue cd.
chroot to /mnt/sysimage
and then execute;
grub-install /dev/hda

I assumed here that /dev/hda is your primary master disk. In case it's something else-replace respectively.
