How to setup VPN in RHEL.....???

You should chosse between ipsec or ssl vpn. I suggest SSL/TLS because it's very simple to configure. You can find more informatin about the differences by googling.

I used this product:

There are several methods od creating VPNs. Depending on your choice you could go the OpenVPN way (already described by Ivan) or the official RH way which is IPSEC based and described at http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/enterprise/RHEL-3-Manual/sysadmin-guide/s1-network-config-ipsec.html and http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/enterprise/RHEL-4-Manual/sysadmin-guide/s1-network-config-ipsec.html

Still for ipsec, you could also use Openswan instead of the standard RH way. They are 100% equivalent, only the configuration system is different.

Also,if you must connect to Windows boxes, you will probably want to look at the several PPTP / L2TP methods
