I am working on a Linux box, I am able to ssh to that but I am not able to ping that ip. Ip configurations all are correct. Could you please help me to resolve this issue?

Solution
Probably a firewall is blocking icmp packets.
Identify the firewalls that are between your server and the client, including the server and client itself.
