Issue with ICE-Linux Bare Metal discovery with SIM 5.2.1 installed

There is a regression in SIM 5.2.1

The check for getting the server node by serial number was missed.

This regression causes the server to management processor association to NOT be made during an ICE-Linux bare metal discovery.

Please do NOT upgrade to SIM version 5.2.1 if you are running ICE-Linux.

The issue will be resolved in SIM version 5.2.2
