JVM 1.3 required, can't find it

RH ES3.0
HP DL380 dual processor

I am installing progress 9.1e and it requires java 1.3.

I can find 1.4 and I downloaded it, installed it and tried to get it to work but it needs 1.3.

Suggestions as to where I can find it?

You can get it from sun - http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.3/download.html
