Keyboard and mouse is not working when trying to Install RH AS 2.1 on BL45 G2

I have HP Blade BL45p G2 server with Red Hat AS 4.
I want to reinstall the OS, so I want to install Red Hat AS 2.1 on It.
I put the RH AS 2.1 CD, boot from the CD till the point where I need to select between GUI mode or text mode. When I select text mode it takes me to the next window in which I need to select the Language. In that screen, It will hang, and I will not be able to use the mouse or keyboard.
I don't know where is the problem. I am using an iLO on a laptop to do the installation.

Any Hints, please?

OS is not supported on that hardware. The install will not work. Try a supported OS.
