Linksys BEFW11S4 download issue ...
All,
I know this may not be the best place to post this sort of questions. But I am stump, why my wireless Linksys Router keeps hanging my download session? I've google a bit, there seems to other with the similar/same problem, but no work around. I am wondering if someone in this forum have run into similar situation and have a solution to this. Thanks.

If you are using PPPoE Make sure the Max Idle Time is set to 0. Probably wouldn't hurt to also make sure the Keep Alive option is enabled. Don't forget to push the Apply button to save your changes.

I also recommend visiting the linksys website and getting the latest ios or router bios. These devices are commonly released with bugs which are fixed after the fact.
The site also has a reasonable procedure for updating the router.
