linux Redhat system administration DOCS

hi All,

I'm an HP-UX system administrator, now I want to become Linux System Admin . In my company there is no crtical Linux Server , then my cannot pay a Linux Sys Admin training for me.
So if you may forward to me(ammignom@yahoo.fr) any Linux Readhat Admin Docs in pdf format it will be very helpful for me.
