Load balanced / fail-over NIC's in RH7

I am looking to configure the two NIC?s in my new server, running Red Hat 7, in a load balanced and fail-over mode but I can?t find any info on how to accomplish this. Can anyone shed any light on this for me?

Search on the site's of Beowulf cluster software. In the section of the NIC's there's a part that tell's where to find the software or scripts to handle this.
