Query: Migrating from NetApp Storage to Alletra MP B10130

I have a NetApp running OS version NetApp Release 9.6P7   (Source Storage)

I have a new HPE Alletra MP B10130 block  (destination)

Need to Migrate all Data From the NetApp to the HPE Alletra MP

I have found some documentation that indicates that it can be done using the HPE Storage Online Import Utility. I have never had experience with the tool. 

Some of the requirements are about the NetApp SMI-S Provider.
Review documentation on the vendor website for installing and configuring the NetApp SMI-S Provider (formerly Data ONTAP SMI-S
Agent).

Can this NetApp SMI-S Provider be installed in a physical or virtual machine running Windows OS?

If I don't have a NetApp account, can I download the NetApp SMI-S Provider?

Is the HPE Storage Online Import Utility available in both GUI mode and CLI mode?

Is it completely online, or is there some disruption in the migration process?

Some anyone have experience with the migration process? The OS will be some Linux flavor host?

Apart from the complete backup other recommendations to take care?
