Network down on clackconnect 5.0 ENT HP ML370 G6

I was install Clarkconnect 5.0 ENT (Centos 5.3) on HP ML370 G6 - HP NC-Series Broadcom 1/10 GbE the problem is all network work fine for a moment and then the network adapter freeze i don’t now was the problem, i reinstall the version buy still the same problem any suggest
Use PAE kernel with 8GB Memory

Do you have any messages relevant in dmesg or /var/log/messages. Try adding "noapic" to your kernel boot ioptions.
Por que hacerlo dificil si es posible hacerlo facil? - Why do it the hard way, when you can do it the easy way?
